However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Minor differences between product photographs and the actual product do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include applicable taxes and VAT.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

•There is an error in the product description or price;
•We are unable to fulfil the order;
•We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
•There is an error in the order information provided by you.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in the Delivery & Retunrs Section.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed. We do not store your full payment card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.

6. Delivery

We currently only deliver to Malta.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or in our shipping information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@fuelstridemalta.com as soon as possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is available in the Delivery & Returns Section.

Where applicable, customers may have statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or unsuitable products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

We will assess the issue and, where required by applicable law, offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the purchaser.

You may not sublicense, sell, transfer, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any licensed content unless expressly authorised by Fuel Stride Malta in writing.
