Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Information

Free delivery is available across Malta for orders over €30. Next-day delivery is available for an additional €4. Orders under €30.00 can be collected from our store in Gżira on Saturdays. Delivery to Gozo is currently unavailable. Standard delivery takes approximately 1–2 working days from the time your order is received. Deliveries are done at the below days and hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 16:00 - 20:00 Saturdays 14:00-17:00 A confirmation email will be sent once the order is out for delivery to your address.

Payment Methods

We offer a range of convenient payment options to suit your needs. You can pay cash or online when picking up your order from our store, or securely pay online when your order is going to be delivered using Revolut Pay, BOV Mobile, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Visa. When making your online payment, you will be asked to enter your order total. Please double-check that the amount entered matches the outstanding balance of your order before completing the payment.

Fuel Stride Malta does not store customers’ payment card details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled before delivery or collection by sending an email on info@fuelstridemalta.com.

Returns and Refunds:

Items may be returned by contacting us at info@fuelstridemalta.com. Please include the ordeer number and th items you wish to return. Returns will only be accepted, and a refund will be issued, subject to the conditions below.
• Products will only be accepted for return if:
• The product is returned in its original, unopened, and intact packaging.
• The product has not been damaged, used, or altered by the customer.
• The product is returned with its original contents and packaging intact.

Products may be returned:
• Directly by the customer to our store.
• By contacting us to arrange collection. Any applicable collection or delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
